How much deposit do I need to pay to secure my date?

It is usually £50 per item booked ie £50 for Chair Covers and £50 for Fairylight Backdrop. For smaller items please telephone and check with us.

How far in advance do I need to book Chair Covers etc?

Ideally if you are getting married on a Saturday between May and September, then it is advisable to book as soon as you can. However we have been known to take Chair Cover bookings with only two days notice and Backdrops with 24 hours notice depending on availability.

How do I know if the Chair Covers you have will fit my venue?

We have covered almost every Hotel in Northern Ireland and quite a few in Southern Ireland as well, so we would know almost immediately if we have the covers to fit your venue.  If by chance we haven't already covered your venue then we would visit it to check which of our covers would fit.  Currently we have as least 7 different size chair covers and haven't come across a venue yet that we haven't been able to fit.  We are certainly not a one size fits all company.

When will you arrive to set up my venue?

It is very rare that we can actually get into a venue the night before the wedding.  Most hotels have either a wedding or a corporate event already taking place, and most will not have the room ready.  If we can and its suits everyone, we will go the night before. If not we will usually arrive at the hotel between 9 and 10 in the morning.  We will always check to see if you are having your ceremony in the venue and therefore be arriving any earlier than usual.  We have heard stories of brides arriving at the venue before the chair cover company had even been to set the covers up.  We can assure you that this has never happened to us and never will happen.

Can I see the covers and sashes before a book?

Certainly. We have a small showroom which you are welcome to visit at a time arranged to suit your schedule.  In fact we can even set our tables up to your chosen colour scheme to give you a better idea of how each sash would look.

What material are your sashes?

We have organza, taffeta, satin and crushed satin sashes in stock and we have up to 5 or 6 shades in most colours.  We bring in new sashes at least once every month and bring in the latest colours on a regular basis.  We do not use organza on a roll.
