Chair Covers, Light Curtain, Chocolate Fountain, Bay Trees, Candleabras and other items available for hire.

 - Items are not considered booked and confirmed until a deposit has been paid.

- Once we have received a deposit we will send out booking confirmation within 2 weeks. Please check and confirm all of the details on your confirmation and let us know of any errors. If we are not informed of any errors within 2 weeks of you receiving your confirmation we will not be held responsible.

- Please only book and confirm your minimum numbers expected as this will be your final account balance. Once numbers have been confirmed and paid, we will not refund any unused chair covers.

- Final balances paid by cheque must be paid for no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.  If paying by cash this is due no later than 2 weeks prior to event.  

- If your final balance is still outstanding 1 week prior to the event we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit any deposit paid.

Retail Items

Delivery

- Delivery charges will be confirmed when posting items.

- Delivery is guaranteed within 3 working days.

- Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery

Centrepieces

- A damage deposit is required when booking Centrepieces. This will be returned when the goods are returned in a satisfactory condition

- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book centrepieces.

- Please nominate a member of your Bridal Party to look after the centrepieces and ensure they are gathered and accounted for at the end of the night, ready for collection the following day.

Miscellaneous

 - By paying your deposit you accept that you will adhere to and be liable for all of our terms and conditions laid out above.

- The hirer will be liable for the full cost price of replacement for any items not returned to us or damaged.

Cancellation Policy

 Please read carefully our cancellation policy below:

-Cancelling within 2 months of wedding - No Fee

-Cancelling within 1 month of wedding - 25% Fee

- Cancelling within 2 weeks of wedding - 50% Fee

-Cancelling within 1 week of wedding - FULL Balance MUST be paid.
